There is no Select-and-Say type functionality in Fade In, so you can't say "correct that" or things along those lines, but I use Knowbrainer which adds functions that will take care of that kind of thing. Seems like you've already resolve your issue, and I haven't tried Dragon with Final Draft, but wanted to chime in that Dragon NaturallySpeaking works reasonably well with Fade In, another popular screenwriting application.
